Short feedback loops, not big reveals

Waiting until the end to find out if something is right is expensive. I build in regular check-ins so small course corrections happen early, before they become big problems.

Short loops also protect your budget. The fixed price covers what we agreed on, and because we look at the work often, a change of direction shows up while it is still small. Then we decide together whether it replaces something else or gets added on top.
