Whether people keep an app is usually decided in the first minute. When it is obvious what to do and nothing snags, they come back. I start with what users do most often and make that quick and self-explanatory.

Sometimes a good mobile website is enough, for example if people need you once a quarter. An app pays off when it is opened regularly, has to work offline or needs things a browser cannot do. I will tell you honestly which is true for you.

Works natively on iPhone and Android

I build the app once and publish it for both systems. It still looks and behaves the way each platform expects, so on an iPhone it feels like an iPhone app. That takes less time and money than two separate builds.

If your users need it offline, data is stored on the device and synchronised once there is a connection again. That is extra work, so we decide up front whether it is really needed or just nice to have.

App Store and Play Store ready

I handle the submission to Apple and Google, including the privacy and permission details that most submissions fail on. The accounts are in your name, so the app belongs to you and you can manage it yourself at any time.

Apple's review usually takes one to three days, Google's is often quicker. When an app is rejected, it is almost always over a formality. I plan that time in from the start, so your launch date does not hang on it.
